(Main ingredients - Carrot and Celery)

1 onion sauteed in butter.
chopped 2 carrots and 1 stick celery.
Lots of pepper
600 mls of boiling water with a stock cube dissolved in it - Knorr Bouillon aux herbes et a l'huile d'olive or whatever is the UK equivalent...
Sprinkle of parsley if you have some.
I tend to batch make this so up the ingredients quite considerably. It then goes through the liquidiser, gets bagged up as individual portions and goes in the freezer.
